Monitoring

Most systems include a Victron Cerbo GX and are established with remote monitoring as standard.   For small scale systems, remote monitoring is purely through the Victron Energy's VRM Platform established using the clients Internet connectivity.  For larger system we integrate CerboGX with a dedicated mini Server and a Starlink Terminal, which provides 24/7/365 monitoring and control of the installation. 

  • Starlink Internet is provided with the majority of systems we build, and is included in our monthly service packages. read more
  • BMS, battery monitoring is typically monitored via a dedicated miniPC, which allows secure remote access by our support team.

Support

We provide 24/7 support to the majority of our installations and systems built.  Most installations are maintained via our monthly service packages, which includes all required afterhours contact information.   Small scale DIY systems can opt for a suitable service package, providing the support requirements to best suit their needs and budget.
